【Job Responsibilities】
- Build strong relationships with real estate companies to constantly understand the market trend and suggest to brand store development
- Develop, search and negotiate with Department stores for the best locations for all brands
- Maintain & build good relationships with department stores, malls, and landlords
- Evaluate all the rental contract terms and negotiate the best for all brands
- Understand market and store development dynamics
- Manage the execution of store operation strategies and KPIs set
- Consolidate and analyze Retail sales result
- Accurate and timely reporting to Country Manager, including competitive activity
【Qualifications】
- Minimum 5 years of Retail experience in both in-store development and project management in fashion, watch, beauty, or related industries
- A self-starter, able to work well without direct supervision
- Own outstanding multi-tasking and organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Native Japanese with good command of oral and written English
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously with speed
- Strong communicator with reflects positive attitude
