[Job Description ]

Hardware Support:

  • Setup hardware including PC, Mac, iOS device,printers, video conferencing equipment, etc.

  • Keep them up-to-date

    with the latest update applied.

  • Troubleshoot issues happened

    with them.

Application Support:

  • Install company-defined standard/optional applications to computers.

  • Troubleshoot issues with the applications.

System Account Management:

  • Create, update and remove system accounts and groups in various systems.

  • Setup privilege to the system account accordingly.

Manage Short-Term Loan Equipment for Internal Staff: 

  • Mobile Wi-Fi, Laptop PC.

Documentation:

  • Create,

    update various IT work manuals.

  • Deal with regular/one-time invoices 

 

[Required Skills]

  • More focused experience with Active Directory and Azure

  • Familiarity with networking, particularly TCP/IP

  • Experience with virtualization (VMware or HyperV)

  • Experience with creating some automated jobs with Power Automate
