Hardware Support:
Setup hardware including PC, Mac, iOS device,printers, video conferencing equipment, etc.
Keep them up-to-date
with the latest update applied.
Troubleshoot issues happened
with them.
Application Support:
Install company-defined standard/optional applications to computers.
Troubleshoot issues with the applications.
System Account Management:
Create, update and remove system accounts and groups in various systems.
Setup privilege to the system account accordingly.
Manage Short-Term Loan Equipment for Internal Staff:
Mobile Wi-Fi, Laptop PC.
Documentation:
Create,
update various IT work manuals.
Deal with regular/one-time invoices
[Required Skills]
More focused experience with Active Directory and Azure
Familiarity with networking, particularly TCP/IP
Experience with virtualization (VMware or HyperV)
Experience with creating some automated jobs with Power Automate
Welcome skills:

with ERP and POS
