Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term product strategies (40%).
Oversee business management of assigned products (30%).
Support sales teams and marketing activities, including field support (30%).
Create and implement marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Provide strategic support to sales teams, including training and product positioning.
Collaborate closely with the service department to optimize product performance.
Manage and report on sales figures, ensuring targets are met.
Maintain regular communication with global headquarters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical field.
Required Qualifications
Experience working in the medical device industry.
Background in medical IT or digital healthcare solutions.
5+ years of product management experience.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act).
Proven project management and strategic planning skills.
Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent Japanese (native level) and business-level English (reading, writing, speaking).
Preferred Skills & Experience
Knowledge of IT, software, and system sales in the medical field.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and proactive mindset.
Ability to clearly explain technical information to various stakeholders.
Strong network with hospital decision-makers, anesthesiologists, surgeons, ICU specialists, and medical IT professionals.
Employment Conditions
Working Hours: Full-flex system (7.5 hours per day, core hours 9:00–17:30).
