Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term product strategies (40%).

  • Oversee business management of assigned products (30%).

  • Support sales teams and marketing activities, including field support (30%).

  • Create and implement marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Provide strategic support to sales teams, including training and product positioning.

  • Collaborate closely with the service department to optimize product performance.

  • Manage and report on sales figures, ensuring targets are met.

  • Maintain regular communication with global headquarters.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical field.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in the medical device industry.

  • Background in medical IT or digital healthcare solutions.

  • 5+ years of product management experience.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act).

  • Proven project management and strategic planning skills.

  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

  • Fluent Japanese (native level) and business-level English (reading, writing, speaking).

 

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of IT, software, and system sales in the medical field.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and proactive mindset.

  • Ability to clearly explain technical information to various stakeholders.

  • Strong network with hospital decision-makers, anesthesiologists, surgeons, ICU specialists, and medical IT professionals.

 

Employment Conditions

  • Working Hours: Full-flex system (7.5 hours per day, core hours 9:00–17:30).
