A global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals

Your responsibilities are:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, sales channels, and end users to drive additional growth within the Japanese market.

  • Oversee the introduction of new products and applications by collaborating with technical teams and other internal resources.

  • Take the lead in troubleshooting efforts by coordinating with technical experts and relevant stakeholders.

  • Support global project initiatives by working closely with international teams across different regions.

  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth and timely execution.

  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for distributors, customers, and key business partners.

Skills and experiences required:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or above, chemical/material related major

  • Experience: At least 8 years sales experience in sales and business development or technical job in Chemical industry.

Know-how/skills:

  • Solid and strong chemical background

  • Working experience in R&D/TS

    preferred

  • Strong business knowledge in application and value selling

  • Solid project management experience and methodologies

  • Business planning and presentation skills

  • English communication and writing skills
