【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Recruitment strategy planning
Job manuscript management, participation in joint briefings and external events
Planning and operation of internships and company information sessions
Management of applicant data and various reports
Management of various assessments such as document screening, aptitude tests, interviews, etc.
Follow-up of prospective employees
Planning and implementation of recruitment branding (including manuscript production)
Japan development of the global recruitment process, etc.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
Experience in recruitment, event planning and execution in the recruitment area (either new graduate / mid-career recruitment experience is possible, both operating company side / agent are acceptable)
Native level of Japanese & advanced level of English
Desirable:
Experience in hiring new graduates as engineers (media selection, explanation planning, branding, etc.)
Experience working in the IT industry and HR work other than recruitment (payroll calculation, labor management)
Experience or knowledge of education and training, etc.
