Job duties

  • Facility upkeep and maintenance  

  •  Vendor relations and management

  • Client and internal event coordination  

  • Meeting and food service logistics

  • Space planning and move coordination  

  • Mailroom operations  

  • Overseeing leasing processes and managing relationships with building management  

  • Organizing site-wide events to promote associate engagement and office camaraderie  

  • Procuring office supplies and equipment 

  • Partners with site leadership and senior Office Services management to set service standards and protocols.

  • Develops and manages the site’s operating budget.

  • Demonstrates a willingness and capability to expand contributions and influence over time.

  • Engages in business planning and strategic discussions within Office Services, often spearheading department or regional initiatives.

  • Collaborates with site leadership to evaluate, recommend, and address urgent safety/security concerns or significant business events (e.g., crisis management, continuity planning, leadership meetings).

  • Works alongside senior business leaders at the local and regional levels to shape the strategic direction of Office Services in the region.

  • Manages site-specific projects and oversees vendors impacting office setup and overall productivity.
