Job Description
Use market data to develop sales strategies that expand the customer base in Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond categories.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Travel within the assigned region to meet with existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong business relationships.
Provide pricing, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for secured orders.
Submit activity reports and sales plans for the designated territory.
Engage in active participation in intensive sales and skill development training.
Comply with all aspects of the Sales Policy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Skilled in presentations and interpersonal interactions.
In-depth knowledge of the logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding industry.
Expertise in effective sales techniques.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer tools.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Self-driven, capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Education and Experience:
A college degree is preferred.
3-5 years of successful sales experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation sectors.
Experience with CMS (Customer Management Systems) is preferred.
