Main Responsibilities
As the Retail Training & Excellence Lead – Asia/Pacific, you will support the entire Retail team in the APAC zone in developing their skills and performance.
Embody the DNA of us and be an ambassador of our training strategy.
Establish a relationship of trust with in-store teams by promoting a constructive learning culture.
Adapt training programs to specific store needs and regional culture.
Train and support sales teams in four key areas: Our history, product expertise, sales ceremony, and personalized sales.
Monitor performance indicators and training KPIs; create reports and action plans.
Track and improve customer satisfaction; support floor management and onboarding.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in training within Leather, Jewelry, Fashion, or Beauty sectors.
Strong customer experience and luxury service definition skills.
Excellent understanding of Retail operations, challenges, and needs.
Strong digital skills to implement engaging, innovative training programs.
Ability to analyze retail needs and translate them into strategic training programs.
High attention to detail, performance-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel.
Interest in growth challenges and passion for leather goods and luxury.
Autonomy, creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital training tools (e.g., Teach On Mars, Rise Up).
