Onboarding Program Design and Implementation
– Create, implement, and evaluate comprehensive onboarding programs
– Facilitate the seamless integration of new hires into the company culture and operations -
Employee Retention and Engagement
– Develop and execute initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and retention
– Conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement -
Talent Development and Performance Management
– Design and implement career development plans for employees at all levels
– Lead performance review processes and deliver constructive feedback -
HR Business Partner Support
– Contribute to key HR initiatives and strategic projects
– Ensure effective management of labor relations, compliance, and employee benefits
– Recommend and support the rollout of improvements to HR policies and processes
– Act as a strategic partner by collaborating closely with business units to align HR initiatives with business goals
