Responsible for top talent recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee retention. Leads the recruitment of a wide range of positions from store staff to office members, supporting the growth and success of the brand while providing strategic support to Retail and related HR as an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner).

Job description:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development and Execution
    – Assess organizational hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies
    – Oversee and continuously improve the recruitment process
    – Lead hiring efforts for both retail staff and corporate employees

  • Onboarding Program Design and Implementation
    – Create, implement, and evaluate comprehensive onboarding programs
    – Facilitate the seamless integration of new hires into the company culture and operations

  • Employee Retention and Engagement
    – Develop and execute initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and retention
    – Conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement

  • Talent Development and Performance Management
    – Design and implement career development plans for employees at all levels
    – Lead performance review processes and deliver constructive feedback

  • HR Business Partner Support
    – Contribute to key HR initiatives and strategic projects
    – Ensure effective management of labor relations, compliance, and employee benefits
    – Recommend and support the rollout of improvements to HR policies and processes
    – Act as a strategic partner by collaborating closely with business units to align HR initiatives with business goals
