【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Schedule adjustment (participant adjustment, sending of meeting notices), business trip arrangement support, dinner setting, etc.
Expense application
In-house business support (support and confirmation of various administrative procedures, etc.)
Operational support for the department to which the partner in charge belongs, and support for the affiliated staff
IT-related support (setting support, cooperation with the IT support team, etc.)
Contract management support (confirmation of contract information, confirmation of billing history, etc., system input, confirmation of the information in the system, etc.)
【REQUIREMENTS】
Secretary or group assistant experience
Those who have experience in support work such as cabin crew, airport ground staff, etc. and have more than 3 years of clerical work experience
Fluent in both Japanese & English
