【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Provide administrative and clerical support for daily office operations, including answering and screening phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, notifying staff of visitor arrivals, receiving deliveries, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, and other related tasks.
Assist the sales team with system administration and support.
Update and maintain trading systems as required.
Prepare daily, bi-monthly, and monthly reports.
Assist managers with scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and managing deadlines.
Take minutes during meetings and summarize key points for internal reference.
Handle any additional ad hoc projects as needed.
【REQUIREMENTS】
A degree holder with over 5 years of experience in administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
Mature, pleasant, responsible, and self-disciplined.
Able to work independently, systematically, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player.
Age range: 25 to early 50s.
Native Japanese speaker with fluent English proficiency.
