Job Description Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Support customers through the process of creating personalized orders, offering expert suggestions to ensure their wishes are understood and fulfilled.
● Gain in-depth knowledge of available products, customization features, and current design trends in the industry.
● Foster lasting relationships with clients by understanding their tastes and offering tailored experiences.
● Apply creative skills to translate client input into visually appealing and practical designs.
● Work closely with internal departments to coordinate smooth completion of customer projects and support related promotional activities.
● Monitor performance data and offer insights to help boost results and achieve goals.
● Keep informed about industry updates and new product releases, while staying in close contact with the central team for ongoing training and updated materials.
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required
● Bachelor's degree in Design, Automotive Design, or a related field.
● Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury industry, managing bespoke customization orders.
● Passion for luxury cars and a deep appreciation for Ferrari's brand and heritage.
● Proficiency in design software, specifically VRED and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)
● Excellent communication skills, able to cater to an international clientele. English and Japanese are mandatory, and additional languages are a plus (Korean and Chinese/Taiwanese Mandarin).
● Ability to understand and relate to clients, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
