【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Act as an IT business partner of the internal customers for SAP

    ERP and other company/market solutions, interfacing with internal customers to understand requirements and facilitating the

    communication with the central IT team.

  • Actively participate in all phases of the software implementation life cycle, from design to adoption, applying project management methods and practices, achieving all requirements agreed within the expected timescales and costs.

  • Define test scenarios with the key users and support them or supervise external consultants during tests. Perform or coordinate user training in collaboration with third parties when needed.

  • Act as point of reference for help desk request. Implement/test solutions or supervise external consultants during implementation/test/delivery. Manage the change development in close liaise with the IT Director, Line Manager and Process Owner.

  • Support Process Owners, third parties and HR - Organization defining the best user profiles. Report possible Segregation of Duties (SoD) issues or any other conflict.

  • Manage IT audit, ensuring the applicable systems are compliant with audit requirements (Sox).

  • Support change management and facilitate the adoption of the IT solutions.

 

【REQUIREMENTS】 

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.

  • English level B2.

  • At least 5-7 years related experience as Demand Manager or Business Consultant within a multinational company.

  • Proven experience in International projects for SAP new implementations, rollouts, as well as Application maintenance service.

  • Advanced knowledge of complex Business processes covering at least of 2 macro areas and related integrations

    (e.g. Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Demand-to-Supply, Finance and Controlling, .)

  • Able to identify and evaluate best-in-class solutions available in the market, considering both technical aspects and costs.

  • Deep knowledge of Information technologies environments, tools and methodologies. Certifications like PMP, ITIL are a plus.

  • Experiences in preparing / leading meetings with Stakeholders, including Top Management.
