[OVERVIEW]

The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a group-wide organization with the mission of expanding the membership value and ecosystem of the Group, which has more than 70 services.

We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a key role in the ecosystem, and as a marketing division, we are promoting collaboration with our Mobile division.

This is a department within the marketing organization for the Mobile service that plans and executes PR strategies.

Our biggest mission is to raise awareness of the Mobile's vision, worldview, products and services, and to make more people to be fans by changing customers' attitudes through various media such as television, digital, and SNS.

To this end, we collaborate with each marketing organization to thoroughly promote PR planning, execution, and content development from the customer's perspective.

Due to the expansion of the mobile business, this is an additional recruitment to strengthen the PR field (expansion of business scope).

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

As a member of the section, you will lead the planning and execution of PR strategies.

It is an environment where you can challenge the traditional communication industry with a new way of thinking that combines the two perspectives of marketing and PR.

Depending on your experience, we would like to entrust you with the following tasks:

- Planning and execution of public relations strategy

- Planning and progress management of press conferences and press events

- Wide range of media relations

- Responding to media inquiries and interviews/Communication with related executives

- Monitoring, clipping, and various negotiations for published media

- Information dissemination through owned media and social media

- Crisis management publicity (risk response)

- PR agency management

 

 

 

Work Environment

The Marketing PR Strategy Department consists of two sections: the Product/Service Public Relations Section and the SNS Marketing Section.

There are 15 people in the whole department.

(Including concurrent employees and temporary employees.)

It consists of various types of staff, such as mid-career employees, new graduates, concurrent employees from other departments, and temporary employees.

Regardless of employment type, each person is responsible for his/her own work.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Although not all are required, those who have experience and/or specialized skills in any of them are welcome.

- 3 or more years of practical experience in public relations for a business company or in the PR strategy section of a PR agency or general advertising agency

- Experience in planning, writing, editing, and distributing press releases, newsletters, etc. in Japanese

- Experience in planning and managing press conferences and press events.

- Experience in media relations

- Experience in event planning and management

 

[REQUIREMENTS]

- Experience in planning and implementing public relations strategies (those with medium- to long-term planning skills are welcome)

- Executive lecture presentation creation experience (Power Point, keynote)

- Experience in crisis management public relations

- Those who can collect information and report in English

- Experience in operating PR agencies

- Those who are interested in the Internet, mobile business, and social media

- Those who are interested in the telecommunications industry

- Experience as a leader, regardless of the size of the group
