【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Service Management: Overall accountability for campaign deliverables and is the single point of contact for our clients.
Service Deployment & Readiness: Drives service quality, consistency & innovation through leading practice sharing and overall participation and cooperation in the marketing services community.
Team Management: oversee the events team which includes both in-person and virtual event coordinators. This includes on-boarding team members as well as the continued development and training of this team. This role ensures that the team is briefed on all area and global initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with functional stakeholders to set expectations on service delivery. Provides consultative support and recommendations, collaborating with Regional Leads and Global leads.
Global Community Engagement: Shares best practices with Team Leads across the region and participates in community calls.
Best Practice Sharing: Curates and showcases Area finding and practices and shares these with the global community.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Intermediate to advanced project management strategies and tools
Basic business, systems, and process analysis
Demonstrated understanding of event marketing and the tools and platforms that support it.
Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders
Relationship management, collaboration and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of Microsoft brand and products
6 to 12 years solid events project management experience (agency or client side)
