US based international beverage company is looking for HRBP role 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) by collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement mid- to long-term HR strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Contribute to the formulation of long-term business plans by working closely with division managers, ensuring HR and organizational strategies support business growth and sales targets. Develop a deep understanding of the business and market trends to drive goals through HR, organizational, and cultural initiatives.

  • Act as a strategic consultant on HR, organizational, and cultural matters, providing integrated solutions and working alongside business leaders to address challenges.

  • The specific function you will be responsible for will be determined based on your experience and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a solid understanding of talent management, personnel systems, and employee relations (ER).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

  • Business-level English proficiency, particularly for commercial and corporate roles, as interactions with foreign management may be required.

    • While English is not frequently used in daily SCM operations, career growth within HRGA may necessitate communication with international stakeholders. Basic English skills and a willingness to learn are acceptable.

  • Native-level Japanese and at least basic English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as an HRBP or in a similar departmental HR role.

  • HR experience in a large or mid-sized company (several thousand employees or more), particularly in SCM or commercial sectors.
