【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing initiatives, to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure individual and collective success.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and agencies, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, and leverage these insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources wisely and tracking performance metrics to measure the success and return on investment of marketing initiatives.

  • Oversee the development and execution of compelling content across various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and advertising, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.

  • Drive the implementation of data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging analytics and metrics to optimize campaigns, improve customer targeting, and increase conversion rates.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and proactively apply this knowledge to continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers, to maximize the impact of collaborative marketing efforts.

  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • 10+ years experience in marketing management, preferably in a similar industry or within a fast-paced, high-growth organization

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Native Japanese (Fluent English and/or Chinese is plus)
