【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Selecting target customers, mainly middle/enterprise customers
Creating leads for new development
Constructing and implementing strategic strategies using ABM
Conducting research using sales tools, organizing data, operating tools, etc.
Development of a data-driven sales system utilizing sales force
Education and training for new employees
Grasping overall optimization and designing operations in a consistent work flow with CS and finance
【REQUIREMENTS】
Business experience as an inside sales (SDR) for solution sales and management work experience of 1 year or more
Knowledge of Salesforce products
Operational experience of 1 year or more
Excel/Spreadsheet aggregation work experience of 1 year or more
SaaS / IT / Understand how the sales or sales support department works for services that handle technology
Able to execute KGI and KPI design in the sales department with high resolution
Experience in data extraction and tabulation work using SQL is a plus
Problem discovery and problem-solving can be made based on data is a plus
Project management experience that allows you to handle multiple tasks in parallel and lead stakeholder communication is a plus
