【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Process PO for Amazon (verify the merchants in the PO, confirm the free stock inventory, create STO in SAP and feedback to Vendor Central).
Create invoices in Amazon Vendor Central for billing.
Replenish stocks for all marketplaces as directed by EC Merchandiser.
Register in SAP for goods transfer and handle returned items.
Collect data for EC reports from vendor tools provided by marketplaces.
Ensure the level of data quality, validity and integrity across data sources.
Update and maintain product information on various e-commerce sites as instructed by the site managers
【REQUIREMENTS】
At least 2 year working experience in ecommerce for brands and/or online marketplaces.
Working for fashion brands, especially shoes brands, would be preferred.
Intermediate level of English reading and writing
PC skills (Excel and any others)
Data entry
SAP
Data validation skills
