Job Description 

  • Craft and implement a digital marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and cultivate brand affinity through increased engagement and awareness.

  • Oversee all digital marketing and media activities, encompassing both upper and lower funnel strategies, with a focus on social media platforms.

  • Develop comprehensive digital media plans informed by thorough market analysis and trends.

Collaboration and Integration

  • Partner closely with HQ marketing teams and local teams to align efforts.

  • Create, execute, and monitor an annual digital marketing/media plan in line with the 360° marketing strategies and activations guided by the brand's leadership.

  • Enhance the brand’s presence within digital communities, tailoring communication plans to resonate with local audiences and customer groups.

  • Collaborate with the PR manager for effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including activating KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) alongside the PR manager.

Budget and Performance Management

  • Manage the digital marketing budget in alignment with the overall brand and marketing strategy.

  • Deliver timely media performance reports and conduct competitive analyses to refine and strengthen brand positioning.

E-commerce and Content Creation

  • Support e-commerce growth by co-developing media strategies and activation plans aimed at driving traffic and conversion.

  • Oversee the production and management of digital creative content across all channels.

  • Adapt global content for the Japanese market, incorporating local consumer insights.

Social Media Strategy

  • Design and execute social media campaigns to enhance the efficiency, reach, and engagement of official  social media accounts.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on both paid and organic social media performance regularly.

  • Work closely with the PR and HQ social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.

Event and Content Support

  • Attend and document Rolling Planet Tour events, sharing photos and updates on social media.

  • Create and distribute video content to drive engagement and activation in the Japanese market.

Customer Experience and CRM

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team members to refine CRM database and leverage insights to enhance customer experiences.

  • Analyze customer touchpoints and interactions during the Rolling Planet Tour to identify opportunities for improved engagement.

Required Skills

  • Expert of digital and social media

  • More than 3 years of experience of advertisement/media

  • Knowledge of all media category is plus

  • Confident team player with strong social skills.

  • Ability to build effective business relationship internally & externally (incl HQ)

  • Solid negotiating skills

  • Manage multiple tasks under pressure in expected timeline.

  • Approach work proactively to provide solutions

  • Contribute to all other brand/marketing activities

  • Excel:Intermediate to advance

  • Power Point:Develop presentation in Japanese & English

  • DTP: Excellent command of graphic design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Creating Videos: Premiere

  • Language: Japanese/Business fluent, English: Business level in both writing & speaking, as close and smooth communication with brand HQ is required.
