JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will play a key role in executing the company’s engagements and will be given responsibility from early in your career.

  • Lead the management and expansion of the Customer Data Platform and develop a holistic view of the customer sourced from multiple channels.

  • Managing the daily tasks of the Brand` CRM.

  • Track, analyse and improve the general performance flow.

  • Transform data into an applicable strategy to optimize the customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of experience handling a CRM or in a previous Customer Analysis role

  • High level of analytical and business curiosity, problem solving abilities.

  • Experience with Google Analytics or Omniture, Tableau or similar data analysis/visualization Tools.

  • English and Japanese Business level language ability.
