Account Manager
[OVERVIEW]

In this specific business occasion, you will work in a dynamic environment as you will have a range of responsibility to lead. Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned clients/brands as well as leading and managing an agency team. Working closely with managers at client to develop brand strategy together and ensures seamless production/service delivery to meet clients' expectation.
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
1. Manager, as account management – deliver followings basically by stand-alone (sometimes, with some help from director):
• Clients and Projects - working with multiple clients and manages multiple projects from start to finish (end-to-end) with an eye towards ensuring strategy and creative integrity is carried through
execution. (lead day-to-day project management)
• Execution/Production - direct team/sometimes own the production and execution with the range of, TVCF/commercial film, key visual, event activation, social/influencer activation, PR implementation, POSM and website/digital asset production.
• Stakeholders Management – delivering/developing right direction to the program with client, set and ensure smoother operational//communication process within internal team, enhance/develop a good relationship/alignment with suppliers/partners, and making a strong alignment with the Japan company to grow in the right direction.
• Project Control – manage project scope and client expectation, developing the clear process and preparing right resource within the project, making sure internal team/external partner keep the
schedule while controlling amount of work we spend, and securing the service/production quality.
• Finance Management – the project management accompanies a financial management – with right contractual process (SOW, PO etc…), securing project profit, with having adequate legal risk
management (usage rights, license and international business law)
• Strategy Leadership – deliver conversation with client and deliver strategic/tactical solutions to client (and including KPI set, tracking methodology and identifying next action.
• Contribution - Deliver your contribution to 360s degrees, lead account management together with on-ground team, as well as proactively joining strategic development and creative ideation for team to deliver qualified work to client.
2. Manager, as department mid-level role – contributing in followings:
• Cross Department – provide operational design (in account/program level), making liaison with strategy and creative team, and developing optimized cross-department operation in the
account/program.
• Education – motivating your junior, helping your them to make job done, helping them develop both hard and soft skill though the mentorship, and grow them to one-step higher level.
• Motivation – bring positive vibe into the workplace, developing collaborative mind-set, and delivering constructive discussion within the team (without emotional detachment)
• Align with Director at Department – align with account directors and cascading down the vision and information, and run day-to-day operation under the direction.
3. As a member of the team - following qualities are expected:
• Contributing others not limited to account team.
• Developing and maintain relationship with external partners/suppliers, and establish good ways-of-working between them.
• Writing a deck and giving a presentations to deliver our ideas.
• Deploy strategic and creative thinking across business.
• Convey agency leadership by being a strategy partner helping client business grow.
[QUALIFICATIONS]
• Experience in account management role (by standing alone) and developed great relationship with client (at manager/PIC layer)
• Good experience in business cultivation – Identifying business opportunities and converting it into a new business.
• Good understanding and experience in asset production
• Basic knowledge and experience in media buying, activation and reporting.
• Familiarity with customer insights and brand management, and digital and CX.
• Verbal and written communication skills for both English (TOIEC 800 or above) and Japanese (native or high business proficiency)
• Experience in working with multi-national regional/global teams.
