Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs, continuously expanding knowledge regardless of prior expertise.
Ensure seamless alignment between key customers and Entegris’ technology roadmaps through proactive communication with regional and business unit (BU) leaders, setting shared objectives.
Establish clear, strategic account management plans in collaboration with regional and BU leadership.
Fully commit to executing strategic plans with dedication to achieving outstanding results.
Organize and facilitate executive briefings, working-level updates, and detailed technical review meetings.
Drive the development of initiatives across single and multiple divisions.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Maintain open and proactive communication with key operational managers, including teams responsible for quality, logistics, customer service, supply chain, and business planning.
Education & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Business is preferred; a master’s or doctorate is considered an asset.
15+ years of experience in Japan’s semiconductor industry, including expertise in semiconductor processes and market structure.
15+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience; familiarity with the Miller Heiman sales methodology is a plus.
A strong passion for both customer engagement and emerging technologies, driven by curiosity and continuous learning.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial and technical data analysis.
Strong presentation skills to create clear, impactful, and effective slides. Familiarity with guidelines such as "Presentation Zen" by Garr Reynolds and "Slide:ology" by Nancy Duarte is an advantage.
Fluency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate frequently with internal teams and external clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, with strong time management skills.
