Role Overview
As a Service Engineer, you will:
Assist in preparing customer sites for installation events, assembling machines, and setting up conveyors.
Support the installation of rebuilding kits following standard procedures and ensure equipment is restored to operational status.
Utilize TPMS tools to document preventive maintenance and corrective work.
Maintain a strong understanding of technical documentation relevant to the role.
Actively contribute ideas and opportunities for customer business development.
Carry out all tasks in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of workplace safety.
Serve as a professional representative, fostering positive relationships with customers and upholding the company’s reputation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Control & Automation Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in installations, maintenance, and/or repair work, ideally including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in technical English.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
Team player with a high level of dedication, while also being able to make independent decisions when necessary.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a structured and prioritized approach to tasks.
