【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies and techniques for regional roles
Work together with key stakeholders and people partners to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs
Develop and manage process for talent benchmarking, assessment and interview
Understand business strategy and critical requirements for targeted search and pipelines
Develop localized employment marketing initiatives and referral programs for the region
Manage external agencies effectively and drive performance improvement
Adherence to best practice recruiting policies and process including internal recruitment
Streamline all backend activities, workday, pre-boarding documentation
Paly a key roles as a project member within APAC and Global TA
【REQUIREMENTS】
Must be fluent in Japanese, English and Korean
Relevant technology experience and capability
Understanding of local/ regional requirements and legislation as pertains to talent acquisition
