Job Description
Coordinating schedules, preparing, executing, and providing support for various training programs (including career development sessions) Developing both physical and digital training materials
Collaborating with boutique management to prepare and conduct on-the-job training (OJT)
Creating, publishing, analyzing data, and promoting content on the INSIDE WFJ learning application
Handling administrative duties such as expense processing and equipment management
Requirements
<Work Experience>
5+ years of training experience
3+ years of customer service experience
Computer Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word (intermediate or higher)
English: intermediate or higher (ability to read English documents, create new documents, respond to emails, participate in meetings)
<Personality>
Passionate about human resource development
Strong communication skills
Able to think and act independently
Able to take on challenges without fear of failure
Flexible/capable of adapting to change
Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn
