【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
● Talent recruitment – both store and office positions
●Implement onboarding and resignation procedures. Include but not limited to contract, insurance, system, email account. Yearly procedures for insurance and income tax for all employees.
● Payroll and commission calculation.
● Manage HR system to make sure information, working hours, leave application are correctly updated.
● Recruitment.
● Make sure company procedures are following working rules and regulations, update the related policies time to time.
● Other HR related projects
● Find and solve issues related to compensation and benefits matters.
● Office administration.
● Support finance work and handle company payment.
【WELCOME SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE】
● 3+ years of experience in HR is ideal
● Positive thinking with flexibility, work independently
● Experience documenting HR processes and identifying areas for improvement
● Excellent communication skills
● Strong proficiency in Japanese and English
● Sense of confidentiality, attention to detail
● Ability of organize, prioritize, follow deadlines of multi tasks
