【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Acts as a standalone Total Rewards partner in Japan/China for all related topics
Work as QI TR team and be responsible for the administration, design, and implementation of TR programs
Responsible for providing support to internal clients including conducting job evaluations, providing pay recommendations
Manage TR process annually
Participate in global and QI TR projects
Develop new concepts and create business cases for Senior Management to align with market practices
Conduct reports on update and usage of relevant TR programs and policies
Ensure all costs are managedd in line with Japan team budget
【REQUIREMENTS】
Minimum 3-5 years of total rewards experience
Business level of Japanese and English (Chinese is a plus)
Work experience in retail or media industries is a plus
