【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Support directly for compensation and benefit committee
Contribute for the design and development of C&B programs and project plan delivery
Maintain strong clients by working closely with different stakeholders
Work with other HR functions to improve the efficiency of HR operating model
Build operation guidelines, processes and systems
【REQUIREMENTS】
Native level of Japanese and English skill
Be familiar with labor laws and labor relations
Have previous experience in C&B planning and practice of more than years
Have an interest in helping in grow business through HR transformation
Ability to multitask and work independently
Be aware of corporate and employee needs
