【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Conduct coaching, mentoring and ongoing development of TA team fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Work with HR Partners and hiring managers to confirm hiring requirements based on team needs
Develop and participate in recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets and build community recruiting program(s) and networks i.e. attending recruiting job fairs, participation at on-site University hiring events, hosting open events etc.
Manage recruitment databases and ensure that we're following best practices candidates each candidates journey through our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Manage external recruitment partners to ensure relationships are in place
Set clear goals and performance benchmarks for the TA team and provide regular feedback
【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience with team and individual direct report development
Relevant degree or commensurate experience
Understanding of employment law and practices
Experience of a high-volume, high touch recruiting environment
2+ years of experience leading a TA team
Full-cycle recruitment experience
