● Continuously assess and evaluate network performance.
● Track and analyze partner feedback, training outcomes, and operational status to support consistent improvement.
● Create and implement alignment strategies with regional and central offices.
● Oversee and manage annual fees associated with the use of network systems and platforms.
● Supervise and evaluate key performance metrics for all partners.
● Analyze financial reports and performance data to ensure healthy business operations.
● Lead efforts to expand and evaluate the network, including setting criteria for selecting, managing, and reviewing partner locations to boost sales and efficiency.
● Oversee promotional tools used within the network for personalized service offerings.
● Supervise external collaborators working on network-related initiatives.
● Ensure all updates regarding network activities are clearly documented and accessible.
● Implement operational standards and audit compliance related to people, facilities, and processes, while maintaining consistent brand identity throughout the network.
● Enhance partner performance through experiential programs, including service quality assessments.
● Lead sustainability initiatives in collaboration with the central office.
B. Business Development Planning and Operation
● Develop financial plans across short-, mid-, and long-term timelines in coordination with regional and central offices.
● Define and finalize commercial agreements and incentive programs for partners, in line with head office guidelines.
● Compile monthly business review reports for internal leadership and prepare materials for executive-level meetings.
● Continuously gather and update insights on the latest commercial trends and competitor actions, following standardized market templates.
● Stay informed about macro- and micro-economic indicators, as well as trends in sustainability, technology, and innovation, and understand how these influence the local market and competitive landscape.
● Conduct detailed analysis of sales-related data, including historical trends, orders, inventory, pre-owned stock, cancellations, and other key metrics.
● Review and interpret reports on high-net-worth individuals and the luxury goods sector.
● Oversee and coordinate content creation for internal proposals, annual meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
● Prepare monthly performance reports on product registration and market segment outcomes.
● Manage vehicle and option pricing strategy, including periodic updates to cost structures in alignment with central guidelines.
● Support marketing and public relations initiatives through participation in select events, as needed.
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required
● A bachelor's or master's degree is expected, ideally with a focus in business-related fields.
● Background or familiarity with the automotive industry, particularly in areas such as sales, network development, and business strategy.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments and work effectively with both local and international teams.
● Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
