【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Motivate the sales team to achieve sales target and budget goals by effective business strategies
Lead and supervise sales staff to provide excellent customer services in order to align with the Company standards
Prepare various monthly reports and sales analysis
Arrange roster to ensure day to day shop operation is operated smoothly
Ensure the sales staff`s performance and code of conduct is in line with the Company standard
Coach the team do deliver high quality of customer service and build up strong customer relationship
【REQUIREMENTS】
College Degree or above.
Good sense of fashion and appreciates quality products
Above 5 years of luxury experience and 2 years of store management experience
Proficient in written and oral Japanese and English
Fluent in Mandarin is a big plus
