[RESPONSIBILITIES]

  • Greeting and managing entry access of members, visitors, guests; conducting centre tours
  • Responding to products & offerings, service-related queries/requests from members, visitors/guests over various channels (e.g. at the centre front desk, over emails or calls)
  • Assist with members move in, move out experiences (e.g., setting up a studio, handling necessary studio reinstatement works)
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of centre(s) to ensure it is usage ready for members, visitors and guests, including but not limited to centre opening and closing, ensuring the general cleanliness and maintenance of centres, setting up and managing specific spaces (e.g. pantry, meeting rooms) usage
  • Administrative work required for seamless centre operation (e.g., handling front desk duties, courier matters, performing payment charges, creating invoices, submitting receipts, updating centre and member records/transactions)
  • Assisting with and/or participating in members events and any other Community related/driven initiatives

 

[REQUIREMENTS]

  • Prior experience in serviced office or hospitality industry an advantage
  • Good in Japanese and English
  • Friendly, cheerful, energetic, and empathetic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Team player with ability to work independently
