Lead Product Marketing Manager

【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Articulating the product's value and conveying it to customers through marketing and sales initiatives.
l Enhancing sales by providing support for sales efforts.
l Integrating market and customer insights into product development to foster growth.
l Aiding business expansion through the planning and implementation of Go-To-Market strategies based on thorough analysis of the company's operations and market conditions.
l Recruiting, training, and assessing product marketing managers.
l Enhancing the team's value by identifying and addressing challenges in product marketing.
l Recognizing and resolving collaboration issues between product and sales teams
l Establishing product positioning and messaging while collaborating with the branding team.
l Assisting in customer acquisition and awareness by speaking at seminars and events as a product advocate.
l Developing a system for identifying successful patterns in sales proposals.
l Creating a timely and accurate method for communicating product information to the sales team.
l Supporting the pursuit of significant sales opportunities for the organization.
l Systematizing and refining the process of gathering customer feedback to enable informed product planning.
l Designing a system to relay the latest customer and market information to the product planning team.
l Formulating the Go-To-Market strategy for the entire product line, including pricing, and developing and promoting market initiatives.
【REQUIREMENTS】
l Any of the following experience
l Experience in product marketing for your own product, or experience in GTM as a product manager
l Experience working with a product-driven approach in marketing or sales promotion
l Ability to identify issues through analysis of customer information obtained through sales activities, user interviews, and quantitative and qualitative data
l Ability to verbalize the value of products and features and compile them into PowerPoint materials
l Ability to involve stakeholders (especially sales, PdM, PEM, designers) and lead them to a solution
l Experience managing a team of multiple people
l High verbalization and expression skills in Japanese (user correspondence, explanations to sales, creating materials such as proposals from a business perspect
