【Job Responsibilities】
Primary:
- General ledger transaction
- Prepare details of Trial Balance Accounts
- Transact Account receivable and collection
- Transact Account payable and payment
- Expense report
- Intercompany transactions
Secondary:
- Support Financial reporting preparation (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
- Support Tax accounting (including tax returns)
- Interaction with internal and external auditors
【Qualifications】
- Experience in AR and AP (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Japan GAAP, and 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP is plus
- Experience with ERP system or P-to-P system implementation is plus
- Hyperion Financial Management
- Knowledge and experience with the ERP accounting system
- Ability to Drive for Results and work independently under tight timelines
- Native Japanese speaker and intermediate level of English
