【SUMMARY】
As Sales & Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for the hotel. This position involves working closely with the GM to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
【RESPONSIBILITIES】
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet established goals
Monitor progress of sales efforts and adjust strategies when necessary
Monitor industry trends and changes and provide feedback to appropriate departments
Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to help increase brand loyalty
Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other advertising materials
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction
【REQUIREMENTS】
Native/Fluent Japanese, Business Level English
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality industry
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Able to work independently
Good understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant sales technologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
