【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Real estate strategy and planning for Japan and its execution including office relocation, refurbishment, closure

  • Real estate operation management in nationwide liaising with the landlords and vendors

  • Enable and improve system, process, SOP, operation flows by integration, migration, optimization

  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

  • Statutory activities and compliance management in EHS, ISO27001, various local regulation in business and office management area

  • Operation management

  • Vendor management

  • Represent global tax, legal procurement, finance team liaising with customer, public sector

  • Team management

 

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill

  • Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and regulation

  • Should be native in Japanese and fluent in English and possess a deep understanding of global cross cultural
