1. Office Administration

Maintain offices in Tokyo and regional locations to ensure a comfortable and well-kept work environment.
Enhance the guest experience while upholding cleanliness and organization in the office.

2. Administrative Support

  • Provide essential administrative assistance to facilitate smooth office and departmental operations, while ensuring quality control.

  • Improve workflows and processes to enhance overall efficiency.

    Manage inventory and oversee small to mid-scale projects.

3. Additional Responsibilities & Required Experience

  • Background in back-office operations, including office management and administrative support.

  • Experience with contract review and legal compliance, including coordinating necessary modifications with relevant departments.

  • Handling receipt processing and expense management.

  • Managing vendors and external contractors.

  • Experience in fleet management, overseeing 100+ vehicles and responding to 1-2 accidents per month.

  • Capability to lead small to mid-sized projects.
