Job Description 

  • Generate high-quality leads through exhibitions, seminars, and events to support the company’s growth. 

  • Enhance business opportunity acquisition by actively participating in and leveraging exhibitions, seminars, and events. 

  • Demonstrate leadership by planning strategies, coordinating initiatives, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to drive projects forward. 

  • Oversee general marketing activities related to offline channels, such as exhibitions, seminars, and events, to drive demand for our products and generate leads. 

  • Tasks will be assigned based on your skills and experience and may include:  

              - Planning, organizing, and managing exhibitions and events, from initial setup to execution, assessing their effectiveness, and recommending improvements.  
             - Developing strategies to nurture leads generated through these events.  
             - Working closely with inside sales to enhance the conversion rate of acquired leads into business meetings.  

 

Required Skills

  • Experience in offline marketing in general, including exhibitions, event planning, and seminar planning

  • BtoB marketing experience at a Japanese business company (3 years or more)

  • Marketing experience in a The Model organization, including channel development and post-process support

 

Welcome Skills

  • Experience in independently carrying out a project from planning to execution (regardless of the content of the project)

  • Digital marketing experience (years of experience do not matter)

  • Experience in planning and selling intangible products
