Job Description
Generate high-quality leads through exhibitions, seminars, and events to support the company’s growth.
Enhance business opportunity acquisition by actively participating in and leveraging exhibitions, seminars, and events.
Demonstrate leadership by planning strategies, coordinating initiatives, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to drive projects forward.
Oversee general marketing activities related to offline channels, such as exhibitions, seminars, and events, to drive demand for our products and generate leads.
Tasks will be assigned based on your skills and experience and may include:
- Planning, organizing, and managing exhibitions and events, from initial setup to execution, assessing their effectiveness, and recommending improvements.
- Developing strategies to nurture leads generated through these events.
- Working closely with inside sales to enhance the conversion rate of acquired leads into business meetings.
Required Skills
Experience in offline marketing in general, including exhibitions, event planning, and seminar planning
BtoB marketing experience at a Japanese business company (3 years or more)
Marketing experience in a The Model organization, including channel development and post-process support
Welcome Skills
Experience in independently carrying out a project from planning to execution (regardless of the content of the project)
Digital marketing experience (years of experience do not matter)
Experience in planning and selling intangible products
