Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing general contracts, including NDAs and service agreements, and drafting internal regulations.
- Providing guidance on new product development and expertise in business-related laws such as the Consumer Protection Act and Anti-Monopoly Act.
- Developing compliance materials, delivering training sessions, and addressing harassment and human rights concerns.
- A strong focus on or experience with personal information protection and online terms of service.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of corporate legal experience
- Experience in general legal compliance
- Intermediate English (reading and writing only is acceptable)
