【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage and Ensure the health and safety of the assigned team
Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, monitoring their application. Ensure fairness, mutual respect and the respect of all company and Group organizations, rules, and processes
Assess the performance of the Japan Environmental & Water division including financial, quality, and organizational effectiveness. Define corrective action plans
Represent the Company as required to local and global key partners, suppliers, customers, local and international communities, and professional associations
Expand the bench strength of the organization by inspiring, coaching, and mentoring employees and ensuring the enhancement of their development
Evaluate the Voice of the Customer and define a coherent product development strategy for developing new products and enhancing existing ones
Provide recommendations, input and support to the applicable Product Management, R&D and Product Revitalization functions, for improving new products and enhancing existing ones
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 10 years experiencing in a management role in international companies
Experience in the water industry/ adjacent manufacturing or industrial background
Experience in strategy setting and leading key functions
Have business-level English and Japanese
Experience in customer services across multiple industries

【応募資格・条件】
エンジニアリングの学士号
国際的な企業で10年以上の管理職の経験
水関連産業、隣接する製造業または工業分野での経験
戦略策定や主要機能の統率経験
ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語力
複数の業界における顧客サービスの経験
