【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Took full responsibility for maintaining the quality and functionality of the company’s physical assets, including overseeing the management and upkeep of spaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment across various properties.
Worked closely with the operations team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Acted as the main liaison for contractors—handling quotation requests, coordinating tasks, comparing proposals, ensuring quality standards, and conducting final inspections.
Developed and maintained internal systems and procedures, such as SOPs, preventive maintenance plans, vendor selection criteria, and quality control processes.
Collaborated with key departments, including operations, to streamline workflows and improve communication with customers.
Partnered with the asset management team on onboarding new properties and handling ongoing maintenance and reporting.
Provided technical support to internal departments when needed.
Communicated and coordinated with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with building regulations, safety codes, and other legal requirements.
Assisted the project manager with pre-opening tasks for new properties.
Performed various other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
【REQUIREMENTS】
At least 3 years of experience in the building management industry.
Strong interest in Japan’s real estate and hospitality sectors.
Well-connected within the industry, with access to relevant resources and professional networks.
Experience in renovation, construction, or project management is an advantage.
Possesses a growth mindset and a proactive approach to work.
Flexible and able to adapt to change; capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and task prioritization skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, especially when engaging with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control.
Positive and collaborative attitude with a strong team spirit and a drive for continuous growth.
Eligible to work in Japan; candidates with a Working Holiday Visa may also be considered.
Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office tools.
Native-level Japanese proficiency; business-level English is a plus.
