Job Summary:
A leading, 5 star hotel in Tokyo is looking for a Duty Manager!
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Staff: Lead and supervise a team of employees during your shift. Ensure they are well-trained, motivated, and working efficiently to meet the company’s standards.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all areas are properly staffed, maintained, and operating efficiently.

Health & Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, including performing regular safety checks and managing any emergency situations that arise.

Cash and Stock Control: Manage cash handling, monitor stock levels, and ensure that financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for staff, customers, and management during your shift. Ensure clear communication between all departments.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise, whether related to customers, staff, or operational challenges.

Report Writing: Prepare reports on daily activities, issues, and successes during your shift, providing feedback to senior management.

Security: Ensure the security of the premises, including overseeing the locking and unlocking of doors, monitoring security systems, and handling any incidents as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a relevant industry (hospitality, retail, etc.)

Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, manage, and lead a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
