【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Expanding Market Reach: Formulate and carry out strategies to enhance brand visibility and

deepen market reach within Japan’s multiomics landscape.

• Leading Teams: Oversee sales, marketing, sales operations, and technical support functions;

structure and align resources to boost productivity and hit performance goals.

• Driving Growth: Spearhead go-to-market efforts for Genomics solutions.

• Client & Partner Engagement: Foster relationships with key stakeholders—academic

leaders, pharmaceutical firms, research institutions, and industrial partners—to propel

business development.

• Market Insight & Positioning: Stay on top of industry shifts, evaluate market dynamics, and

fine-tune pricing, positioning, and commercial approaches accordingly.

• Collaborative Execution: Partner with regional (APAC) and global teams to successfully

translate corporate strategies into the Japanese market.

• Brand Presence: Represent the company at scientific meetings, exhibitions, and events to

boost brand awareness and market presence.

 

【REQUIREMENTS】

• Over 15 years of commercial experience in Japan’s life sciences sector, including 8+ years

managing teams.

• Strong history of driving revenue, expanding markets, and delivering growth.

• Demonstrated leadership across functions, with a talent for motivating teams and aligning

them to strategic goals.

• Strategic mindset with solid business instincts and adept communication across cultures.

• Fluency in Japanese (native level) and strong proficiency in English.
