Job Description Position Summary
A person in this role will oversee all areas of marketing activities. The main objective is to expand the business in the local market while strengthening customer loyalty and brand recognition.
Responsibilities include conducting research, developing strategies, executing plans, and tracking progress while collaborating with various professionals and key partners. They will also contribute to developing new products and content to support successful launches and promotional efforts.

Universal Accountabilities
Create and lead marketing strategies, covering product innovation, promotional planning, and execution of comprehensive campaigns while ensuring alignment with company, division, and category objectives.
Streamline the product lineup to meet consumer demands while maintaining strong profitability.
Develop and implement full-scale launch strategies, including both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities, to enhance awareness, consideration, engagement, and sales.
Assess consumer behavior and advertising performance, adjusting strategies based on return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee campaign budgets while managing financial performance to ensure brand profitability.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer experience and maximize marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills and Experience
Background in the consumer goods and beauty sector.
A minimum of five years of marketing experience in a company that manufactures and sells products (exclusive experience in agencies is not preferred).
Extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in brand marketing.
Strong interest in product innovation and creative problem-solving.
Proficiency in business-level English across all communication skills, with a focus on practical application rather than standardized test scores.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt while maintaining both a big-picture perspective and attention to detail.
