【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Information design of the app and web
UI design using Figma, prototype production
Design system updates
From requirements definition to release while collaborating with stakeholders (producer, engineer, business side, CS)
【REQUIREMENTS】
UI/UX design practice experience over 3 years (portfolio submission required)
Experience using UI tools such as Figma, Sketch and XD
Knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
Design system production / operation experience
Understanding technical specifications, knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Skills to collect information related to appropriate user experiences and conduct temporary verification on their own and reflect output
Take initiative in smooth communication with stakeholders (producers, engineers, business sides, CS)
Communication skills in Japanese （Japanese native or Japanese ability test N2 or higher）
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Design team management experience or lead design experience
User research knowledge and experience
Knowledge of interaction, visual design, experience
Prototype production skills (Figma, Sketch, ProtoPie, etc.)
Communication skills in English
