【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Understand the design concept of your home country and formulate a design prototype that is consistent with the Japanese market.
During this process, find out where the opinions of relevant departments (from stores, sales, and VMD) and the direction of your home country will end, Fostering constructive mutual understanding
Promoting the PDCA cycle with the aim of establishing design prototypes
Understanding the management of team members' design plans, schedules, and costs during store openings and renovations
Promoting and managing dual approval processes in home country and Japan
KPI management of various renovation projects
Formulation of annual renovation project/investment plan and promotion until internal agreement
Holding and promotion of regular meetings with related departments
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 5 years of project management experience in store opening/renovation
Over 3 years of experience working in a business company such as cosmetics, apparel, and luxury brands
Over 3 years of experience in store design or design
Over 3 years of experience in people management
Language skills (English business level *Meetings and email exchanges with your home country occur on a daily basis)
Ability to understand drawings *No need to do design work
Good at proposing and analyzing and is always willing to take on new challenges
