After gaining experience in Japan, you will have the opportunity to develop your global career by transferring to one of our business locations in over 50 countries , including our Swiss headquarters or our overseas marketing teams !  We are looking for a Web Advertising Operations Manager to expand our marketing team in response to further business expansion in Japan.

[SUMMARY]
This is a dynamic and highly rewarding position to lead the marketing operations of our Japanese subsidiary, a multinational global corporation with operations in 600 locations around the world . We are looking for someone who shares our mission of " OPENING THE WORLD THROUGH EDUCATION " and has the passion to send more people from Japan out into the world.  
You will be responsible for all aspects of web advertising operations , including internet advertising operations using all media, advertising, and operational methods such as listings, video advertising, SNS , and LPO , as well as account analysis and improvement.

[RESPONSIBLITIES]
■ Maximize lead acquisition through advertising (digital advertising and comparative media) and reduce the cost per acquisition
 
■ Work with internal and external parties to generate leads that lead to contracts and play a part in expanding the business 
■ Data analysis, improvement, and policy planning 
■Project management work 
■ Planning and execution of lead acquisition measures using digital advertising and comparison media 
■ Digital advertising settings, submission, operation and improvement 
■Comparative media advertising management and negotiation 
■ Developing new channels (media) 
■ Developing new media 
■ Advertising creative planning and production direction 
 
[REQUIREMENTS]
◇ 4 year college degree
◇ Experience in digital advertising ( Google ad , Meta ad management)
 
◇ Experience in analyzing data from hypotheses, extracting issues, and implementing measures to improve CVR rates 
◇ Business level English and full fluency in Japanese
★ Experience with access analysis using Google Analytics, etc. 
★ Experience with dashboard construction using BI tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio 
 Experience with SFA , CRM , and MA tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot 
◇Those who can demonstrate a spirit of challenge in a global environment
