【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Develop and iterate on a strategic roadmap to deliver consistent revenue growth and use it to coordinate with account leads to develop client-specific roadmaps for programs
Model scenarios to extend our key client relationships into increasingly more actionable and value-added services
Conduct assessments of potential growth targets such as new clients, products and services, or partnerships and acquisitions
Develop go-to-market strategy for new business efforts
Lead Corporate Marketing efforts which include maintaining public websites, marketing collateral and branding
Lead Product Marketing function, creating consistent value proposition messaging of products and services
Drive Research function which includes overall telecom, insurance and technology market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer insights
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
10+ years (or 5+ years post-MBA) experience
Fluency in Japanese and English
Expert project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities to meet deadlines
Proficient relationship building skills, including the capacity to predict and manage behavior, build, and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization, and leverage influential leadership
【CONDITIONS】
Type of contract: Permanent
Probationary period: 3 months
Working hours: 9:00-17:30 (60 minutes break) with flextime, remote
