Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

  • Lead the sales team, including two retail managers, a wholesale manager, a trainer, and a CRM manager.

  • Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures to meet objectives.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and VIPs, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Marketing:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to shape marketing and communication strategies.

  • Oversee the execution of the annual marketing plan in partnership with the Marketing Director.

  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine and adapt marketing approaches.

Strategic Planning:

  • Partner with management to establish medium- and long-term business goals.

  • Design and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s footprint in the Japanese market.

  • Identify potential partnerships and strategic collaborations to drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within the luxury sector.

  • Solid background in sales, complemented by experience or a strong interest in marketing.

  • Demonstrated success in managing sales and marketing initiatives within the Japanese market.

  • Proven leadership and people management skills.

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.

  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to generate innovative sales and marketing ideas.

  • Fluency in English and Japanese is required; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.

  • Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
