Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Lead the sales team, including two retail managers, a wholesale manager, a trainer, and a CRM manager.
Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures to meet objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and VIPs, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Marketing:
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to shape marketing and communication strategies.
Oversee the execution of the annual marketing plan in partnership with the Marketing Director.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine and adapt marketing approaches.
Strategic Planning:
Partner with management to establish medium- and long-term business goals.
Design and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s footprint in the Japanese market.
Identify potential partnerships and strategic collaborations to drive growth.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Solid background in sales, complemented by experience or a strong interest in marketing.
Demonstrated success in managing sales and marketing initiatives within the Japanese market.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
Creative problem-solver with the ability to generate innovative sales and marketing ideas.
Fluency in English and Japanese is required; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
